Why do I get returned
to the Login screen after I enter my account and password?
If you are sent back to the login screen after entering your
information, you will first need to double-check that the information
you are entering is correct. If you are still not able to log
on, it could be that you have the settings in your Internet Browser
set to block "cookies". You will need to adjust your
settings to allow cookies and this will most likely correct the
problem. |

How do I change the contact
email address on file for my account?
Send an email to our Membership
department with your ATRA Account number, contact name and
phone number. We'll update your email address for you. |

How do I search for bulletins
on ATRA Online?
The best way to search the documents online are through our Complaint
Search link. This will give you the results of all our Bulletins,
seminar manuals and rebuild procedures based on the transmission,
complaint and symptom you are working on.
If you know the bulletin number you would like to see, you can
search the database by entering the number in our Bulletins
section.

What do I do if I forgot
or never received my user name and/or password?
If you never subscribed to ATRA Online in the past, your user
name and password have been set-up already for you. Use your ATRA
Account # and the last
name of the shop owner for the password.
If you have had access to ATRA Online in the past and aren't
sure what your login information is, simply give us a call at
805-604-2000 or 800-428-8489 or send an email to
our Membership department and we'll call you to get your account
corrected. |

Why doesn't the "Email-A-Tech"
link allow me to click on it ?
The "Email-A-Tech" link will only function, if you've
gone through the steps of looking for a document on the ATRA Online
site. The reason for this, is many of the calls we receive are
related to an item we've published in the form of a bulletin,
seminar manual or rebuild procedure. Once you perform the search
in our Complaint
Search section, you will most likely find the answer you need.
However, if the fix isn't there, that is when the "Email-A-Tech"
link will become activated, allowing you to contact us
for the solution. |

How do I change my login
or password?
Send an email to our Membership
department with your ATRA Account number, contact name and
phone number along with the new login and/or password you would
like to use and we'll change it for you.
Please note: All passwords must be at least
6 characters in length.
